Andy Latham’s automotive journey spans more than four decades. From humble beginnings as an apprentice, he built a career defined by growth, expertise, and leadership — rising to become After Sales Manager for a major franchised dealer.
 

He went on to join one of the UK’s leading insurance companies, serving 10 years as a staff engineer before taking on the role of compliance manager for 13 years.
 

Today, Andy runs his own high-voltage technology businesses, combining technical insight with strategic vision. Through Driven Leadership, he shares the lessons learned from a lifetime in the industry to inspire and guide the next generation of automotive professionals.
